Coaching
Ellen Goldstein serves as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) for established and
emerging leaders around the globe. She holds a certification in leadership coaching
from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and is
accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Ellen is passionate about cultivating leadership at all levels of organizations. As
a coach, she partners with clients to unlock their leadership potential and transform
strategic vision into tangible results. Whether assisting clients to improve their
professional performance, achieve greater balance in their lives, or find greater personal fulfillment, Ellen adopts an empathetic and forthright approach to uncover
underdeveloped strengths as well as hidden resistance to change. She helps clients at all stages of their careers navigate the transition from individual contributors to
emerging leaders and, ultimately, to experienced, cross-functional executives.
With a forty-year career in international development managing diverse and
decentralized teams in some of the world’s most fragile countries, Ellen has unique
strengths to coach leaders operating within multicultural environments and those
seeking to enhance strategic thinking amid uncertainty.
Ellen has 500+ hours of experience as an individual and group coach with clients
ranging from international organizations and non-profits to major multinationals and
private corporations. Her clients include leaders from The World Bank, The
Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, The World Economic Forum, Generations United, Habitat for Humanity, Delta Airlines, Change Healthcare, Norfolk Southern, and Boise Cascade among others.
